Video # my band in some competition Last week .Semifinals.
yeah..we were playing some random remix of “kau boleh” …apa also masuk ,rap , malmsteen , MAB ..
i feel like shooting myself , i am always playing the same solo all over and over again ..running out of ideas mou..
anyway , my video baby missed the starting part … nothing much , basically we went from slow to fast ..so..start from solo ..
hmm..i just realized i made loads of mistakes…and we don’t play for clubs okay ?
i drown kau my guitarist during the harmonize part..muahahaha..you got pawned dude !! 
as for the finals ..hmmm…i dono what song to play leh ! the other band took “its my life” already..
another powerful song lost …i am thinking i hate myself for loving you or sweet child of mine ..hmm..

p.s . i changed my hosting server from a U.S server to a Malaysian server . so hopefully this overcomes the lagging problem . feel free to email me if any of you guys still encounter that “page cannot display” problem

hahaha yeah …it took me months to figure out that “cut through” problem mou …
i realized the guitar wood and the pickup combination is more important than the amount of mids you pump in your GT-6 ..
i am using a Fernandes Ravelle..the pickup confi is a Seymour Duncan JB and a Lindy Fralin Neck ..its MIC and i think it is an amazing guitar

its mahogany body w set neck bro ..
cut through : lower gain , pump mids and treb on global EQ ..
pickups : Check the pots you are using , 250k , 500k ..with good combination , lots of wonders can happen ..
I don’t think the pickups power/not power affects it lor ..i have seen people with single coils cutting through like knife to butter
Basswood and Mahogany body are usually easy to cut ..alder ..i still havent figure alder out

Agreed with the output of the pups not affecting the cutting through the mix thingy, and I agreed with the alder seems to not cut through, I’ve changed my pickups from my yamaha(alder) to my Jem(basswood) and it seems that it cuts through easily and much better than with my yamaha and not so sharp sounding as well.
