I feel sad for Malaysia.My recent research shows that in the month of Feb’09 . Replica guitars were sold nearly double the amount , of BRAND NEW Mexican/Korean Fender , Ibanez and Epiphone at the same price range ( Throughout whole Malaysia )
Most Replicas were sold outside of KL .

The Gibson les paul copies sure look exact with certs and gibson usa pickups stickers. I asked the price and it’s rm1.8k also. If only they would seel it for rm200, I would buy a few… Someone was selling a JEM copy once.

lol if its not licensed by the original company its not a replica. its an immitation. its not marketing. they are cashing in on peoples ignorance.

hmm.. why not someone get to test the replicas and really comment it on a experience basis rather than just an assumption? if we talking about China quality.. nowadays many American products are from there… such Marshals, Roland, Dean, Ibanez, Epiphones, and much more..
As i am noobs, i really appreciate the real comments for those experience player..are these replica worth it?
Since I just a room-jamming-studio-star, I am thinking of getting the replica/copy/fake/imitations guitar if its sounds good enough.
At least that is for me now to live the rock n roll-star-fantasy of my own.
So, Please… if anyone willing to share the real sound experience of those replica/copy/fake/imitations guitars.
