How to sweep clean part 2

So , we’ve done part 1 ..

this are parts that ..i have absolutely no idea.. how to explain it in words ..so i have to VIDEO it out..

Okay , i was bored at my shop..so i decided to took some random videos ..lol ..see i so nice ..(background : music master ) ..

anyway , don’t ask for more videos asking me to show off and shit..i do not believe in that..sorry..

Additional Tips : Exercising Sweep Picking

Many of you will start with 3 string sweep ..right ? and you can find 10000000000 exercises online..

but ..one thing most teachers never taught you is ..

to practice sweeping IN BETWEEN other strings ..

3 string sweep , doesn’t mean , G, B ,E the 3 high strings ..

do not forget to practice other 3 bass strings..be creative and create your own sweep picking lick ..use the combination of ..

another favorite exercise that i like (when i am bored) is to play the SAME arpeggio , higher and higher..

something like that..try 5 strings and 6 strings too..

You see ah …YOUR 1st fret -7th fret ..you need to stretch alot ..

7th-10th fret , stretch lesser ..

12th fret above even lesser ..

what does it mean ? you cannot just practice in 1 position and 1 key ..every position has a different feel ..

like for me , i totally love the feel of the G minor Pentatonic box ( 3rd-6th fret and 15th-19th fret ) ..i hate PLAYING the D minor Pentatonic box (10th fret) , super potong steam …

many guitarist can play faster at the upper frets (8th-20th fret) because they stretch lesser , and slower and the lower frets (1st-7th fret)

no no..we gotta be in control remember ? see..another thing for you to practice ..your control on the lower frets ..

so this execise actually helps you to sweep in any position , whether is it at the 3rd fret or the 16th fret ..

okay..hopefully i can think of something for part 3 ..
