Okay , i chickened out .Cos I’ve got bad experience and i took shit from Church people before.

***If you wanna know , my band was banned from PJEFC . We got screwed , shouted at and got chased down the stage Well , those were the good old days .

Well , this gig , my parents was there , my church pastors/Elders/Reverent was there

So obviously , i don’t wanna do some stupid shit that i will regret later ya …damn i am getting old.

THE SAD CASE

i didn’t have enough balls to crank it up to get the FULL POTENTIAL OF IT

I wanted to go clean all the way , but ahhh..what the heck ..

This amp has 4 Channels

Clean , Crunch , Overdrive 1 and Overdrive 2

I went for Overdrive 2 , cause it sounded the most cut-through during rehearsal (through the monitors)

and it sounded super load from the monitors , but on the actual show , it didn’t really cut through (from the videos) , i think the sound engineer controlled the volume .

I Set the gain around 11 o clock and it was freaking HIGH , i wonder how will it sound like if it was max . ( maybe i am an old guitarist , so medium gain sounds HIGH gain to me )

Anyway , it has been a while since i played a real Marshall , the sweet and warm tone reminds me of a lil bit of SRV mix with Malmsteen . Sounded awesome .

Basically a Charity concert to fund raise for Rev. Peter Chin who had Cancer @ St. Andrews KL .

I told you already , gapnap is a nice guy and nice guy is a napgap

Anyway , it was a great experience .

Next time i wanna have more balls , play death metal for church gig .
