It’s Two face man

….because he is the biggest failure of batman .

2 Kids , Just graduated from high school . Both of them decided to be BIG TIME BUSINESSMAN when they grow up .

The Path

The first kid came from a poor family , he was a little bit silly , right after he left high school , he went to work for a car workshop just to gain experience  . After 3-4 years , he started a small business , and the business grew ..

The second kid , a little bit more fortunate than the first one , he had a good family background . His parents gave him the best education . He graduated with MASTERS , got a great job , work for several companies for the next 15 years,  gain loads of experience and contacts , and finally started his own business , which was what he always wanted.

The first kid got what he wanted earlier than the second kid .

The Journey

The first kid learned through TRIAL and ERROR , the hard way . He went through recessions , businessman politics , supplier and dealers screwing him over and got cheated .He never had a stable life ,  It was always UP AND DOWN . He had the whole 20 years entrepreneur experience package . But he still turned out well , made some money , grew his business from small to big . The problem was , he’s a stingy little china-man who thinks he know it all and he is NOT open to other people’s opinion and advices .

The second kid , started the business by using up his 15 years savings and a little bank loan . He went big the fast way ,  hired consultants , marketing firms and accounting firms to run his company . He relies on his 15 years corporate man experience . It was his FIRST TIME running a business . What the first businessman learned in 20 years , he learn it all within a year by hiring consulting firms and learning from them . But the problem was , he didn’t know who to trust , who to look out for and he didn’t know which business relationship will last .He didn’t know that , when you just started , you do not have that 6 digit budget to spend on a project like the big corporate job that he had . He found out that he budget was 10 times lesser.

Both of them were equally successful.

THE SHREDDERS

Uncle shredder from the 80′s

Back in the 80′s , There was no Internet . No ultimate-guitar , No guitar tabs , No YOUTUBE , No guitar forums and very few good guitarist . Heck even rarer to find a GOOD GUITAR TEACHER .

Your only teacher , was your yngwie malmsteen’s far beyond the sun cassette . Maybe a little bit of racer-x , David Lee Roth and Whitesnakes . You learned the hard way , it took you 10 years to figure out how to get a sweep pick right .But today , you are a seasoned 20-30 years experience guitarist . The problem is , you’re not open to new music and new technique, you still live as if today is the 80′s . Today’s music is shit and the 80′s rock ! Familiar ?

The Modern Shredder

Everything is provided . Guitar teachers COMES to your house . Youtube is there , guitar tabs , ultimate-guitar ,  more SHRED SONGS , more guitarist friends , your winamp is filled with 3000 shred songs . What took the Uncle Shredder to learn in 10 years , you learned it all in 3 months . The whole thing is summarized. But, you are less experienced . The problem is , you do not improvise as niceeee as an experience guitar player does , you play cheating jazz , and your hearing sucks .

Both guitarist are equally good.

Why do i like the TWO FACE STORY

I wanna know how will it ALL end .It is interesting .

Either

You go the hard way FIRST , then learn to use technology and outsourcing .

or

You use technology and outsourcing FIRST , then learn the hard way .

When i started this blog , i always thought . EXPERIENCE will ALWAYS pawn .

But today , i think differently . With experience , you tend to play safer , you are not as creative as you were when you were young , you find excuses , your ego is slightly bigger , you do not PUSH yourself to improve anymore .

I think in the end , it is still fair and square , 50 50 . The experience vs the young and energetic .

But Who will pawn who in the end ?
