Terrible Horrible Vegetable Decision .

I just made a Terrible Horrible Vegetable Decision , Today .

It is something that will change my life .

It something that will change Music Master .

Probably the biggest financial commitment in my life . (So far) .

I told my friends about it..

Many supported me .

Many didn’t liked the idea

Many thought i was too inexperienced for this .

Many had no opinion .

My business-friends (also competitors) said to me:

“You crazy ah , you only 1 year in Music Business , then you wanna do this . You think you who ? Too risky lah ”

“Clement , Go Slow , i know you grow very fast in 1 year , but this…is it worth the risk ? ”

“Malaysia cannot support that kinda market lah , U.S can lah ..Malaysia so little people play guitar ”

My parents also think i crazy .

But hey ,

Risk is what makes life fun , don’t you agree ? if we are always in our comfort zone . Life is gonna be boring and repetitive….

My decision .

I am coming out with my own guitar brand .

My future :

My life will never be the same again .
I will be traveling more often .
My handphone bill is going to skyrocket.
My business will be tied down to heavy commitments.
Probably eating maggi mee everyday for the next few years .
More stress
Less time
Less social life
Working harder than ever .
Ranting like a madman on this blog.

But hey ….

The whole process , is going to be fun

I am going to play the entry level guitars .
The last big hit , was SX . Every Malaysian love it .

Today , SX‘s quality has dropped. Their prime was 2002-2004 . The first batch of SX were the BEST . They are still the winner today . There is no substitute to SX . The closest one in the market , is probably Stagg .

.

But Stagg cannot touch SX‘s success . Look at the forums and the people around you , people are recommending SX , non-stop . It is about time , somebody does something right ?

My Vision :

I want my guitars to be the next SX .

Value for money . Good quality . Excellent warranty policy . Recommended by every musician in Malaysia.

First batch will be here early 2010 . watch out .

God , help me with the next few years .
