Getting a top of the range , full specs but a lesser known (mid range) brand
or
An entry level product of a luxury brand .
Does branding affects you ?
Its like asking – would you prefer a top end artist series with Seymour Duncan pickups Korean made Epiphone , or an entry level 599 USD Gibson .
or , would you prefer to have a full leather LV bag or a Canvas Hermes Bag ?
You know what , maybe you will overcome this scenario . You can work hard , increase your budget and get both right ?
You thought by working hard , increasing your budget you can escape this question . But no , you’ve just entered round 2 .
Question 2 – which would you prefer ?
Getting 2 of some what mid-high range product
or
Using all the money , focusing on a holy grail . 1 piece is enough for you .
Are you a quantity or quality person ?
When you have your answer to Question 2 , suddenly you go back to Question 1 again . It is a cycle .
Sometimes , Christmas shopping is hard .

Started off with Studio then Standard. Bought a couple of Epiphones but still go back to my studio & standard. Then a R8 and R9 next, then more of the limited stuff. Hmm maybe vintage next? Damn it’s a never ending cycle. However I believe you get what you pay for…. up to a certain point
